The NRBA developed the "Master Broker Program" at the request of you - the clients, in response to the difficulty many of you have had in placing your rural assignments.

The NRBA Master Brokers were selected based on their extensive REO knowledge and experience.  They maintain a separate listing of brokers and agents in their own home states - particularly in the rural and more sparsely populated areas.

Many of these agents are not NRBA members; hence their skills and experience will not always be up to the rigid NRBA standards.  For that reason the designated Master Broker will "ride shotgun" for you and help the agent out in any way possible so that your assignment will be properly serviced.

The Master Brokers are not being compensated either directly or indirectly for the assistance that they offer you in placing difficult assignments.  For that reason, please look on them kindly and appreciate their efforts.
