Once you're a member we make it easy to update your contact information with a simple online form.  This ensures that banks always have the latest information, which translates to more potential listing for you!
 
Your Email

Your NRBA email address (yourname@NRBA.COM) will be set up to automatically and instantly forward your email messages to your present email account.  You will not need to change what you are already using and doing.  Since using multiple personalities and/or multiple email accounts can be difficult for some, we've eliminated that problem by providing this service.
  
Your email account will be automatically set up when you join.  Should you change your current/personal email account or internet service provider, all you need do is notify us.

Your personal page will be linked directly to your name as it appears in the NRBA online directory.  It will also be available to be viewed by anyone on the internet. Your personal webpage is considered an advertisement.  Assume that all of the rules, laws, regulations, etc, that would normally apply to you in your own marketplace apply here as well.  We will not take any responsibility for violations on your part.
  
You may submit up to 3 photos to be placed on your page.  Each photo must be in JPEG or GIF format.  You may supply headings/comments for each.  Each image may be no larger than 40k in size.   
  
Please remember to include your username and NRBA membership number in your email.  As brokers can be somewhat mobile in their careers, you will be allowed one update per year free of charge.  Additional changes will be charged back to you at $50.00 per occurrence.

As part of our effort to help our REO brokers/members become more productive—and therefore, more successful—one of the major goals of the NRBA is to help bridge the distance between brokers, bankers, and servicers by identifying new technologies and suggesting appropriate implementation of these cutting-edge (if sometimes intimidating) tools. We believe that this will result in each of us becoming much more efficient and effective in our respective endeavors, with added cost savings to all.
 
The real estate community as a whole has been one of the slowest to adopt new technologies. Unfortunately, even basic computer skills are foreign to many agents and brokers. For those who are still resisting computer technology, we recommend that you start practicing the phrase "Would you like fries with that?"—because that's about the only job that you will still be qualified for in the coming years if you don’t get onboard quickly.
Here at the NRBA, we are going to provide you with as much information, advice and support as we possibly can concerning computers, printers, digital cameras, software, and electronic transfer. We are also going to try and make it as painless as possible for you. Our computer-savvy staff and members are a much better resource than the average computer store salesmen, not only because we are familiar with the REO business, but also because most of us had to learn everything the hard way--by trial and error. We know what works and what doesn't.
 
Furthermore, since we accept no advertising or endorsements and (even more importantly) are a private organization, we can say exactly what we think about a given product without having to worry about repercussions--unlike certain other "trade" magazines, whose technology sections will tell you everything about a product except whether or not it actually works!
 
While our ratings and evaluations may not always result in the best theoretical method possible, you may be certain that they will produce the easiest and most cost-effective one! Our goal is to help you move more properties, not to make you into a computer genius. For that reason, we place a heavy emphasis on utilizing solutions that have the lowest possible learning curve. It is our feeling that the easiest solution for our members to learn is usually the best one for them.
 
Computers
Laptop or desktop or both—what do we really need? Surprisingly, the majority of us do not need the latest machines with the fastest chips. The programs and tools that we use in our business are relatively simple and can be run on a very basic system. Learn exactly what you do and don't need and what you should be paying for it.
