The Make-A-Wish Foundation® grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Each July, the NRBA members have pledged $100 to the Make-A-Wish  Foundation for every REO listing they receive and an additional $5 for every BPO order.    (Wish children Hannah, Steve, Alicia, and Derek)   Over the years, most of us have made a good living handling REO properties.  It's time for all of us to get together and give something back.  But we need your help. (Click on the image to view the letter as a larger jpg.)         Now an annual event: Due to the overwhelming success of this endeavor, by special vote, the NRBA Directors have approved a motion to make this an annual event and we look forward to being able to help the kids for many more years to come.   Here’s how it works: The NRBA members have each generously agreed to make a donation directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation on all of the REO & BPO business that they receive during the month of July. The NRBA Members will be donating $100 for each REO listing assignment that they receive as well as an additional $5 for each BPO order that you send them. You too can help these children get their special wish. All you need to do is to use a participating NRBA member this month and you will be helping a child to realize their dream. (You can find them all quickly and easily here  on the website) The NRBA members really are the best in the industry. The assignments you give them will all be handled with the utmost priority. Not only will you be getting the absolute best of service for your properties – but you will also be helping the kids. It’s a “win-win” situation for everyone. The NRBA administrative staff has also volunteered their own time to track and administer this program. We would ask that when assigning a property to an NRBA member during the month of July that you take a moment to notify us at the NRBA, so that we can log the assignment and follow up on it to make sure that the right thing gets done.
