Our team consists of three licensed real estate professionals and our well-orchestrated teamwork ensures that all tasks are handled promptly and efficiently. We employ a cutting-edge proprietary Web 2.0 system to track and manage our assigned assets, with a portal system allowing our clients to check on their assets 24/7 - inspection reports and photos, showing records, buyer inquiries, offers, and more. We keep abreast with the local ordinances in all the markets we service, to make sure our properties stay in compliance and the client is not billed for code violations such as graffiti, tall grass, or un-registered "abandoned" properties.

Seb got his real estate salesperson’s license in 2003, and since then he has continued to educate himself and improve his skills.  In 2005, Seb obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license, and Seb also holds a number of Realtor® designations, including GRI, CRS, and e-Pro.  In 2007, Seb became heavily involved working with banks and outsourcing companies to list and sell “REO” foreclosure real estate - work which he finds challenging, rewarding, and for the most part a lot of fun.  Seb holds a number of REO-specific designations as well, including REO Default Certified Professional (RDCPro, from Default School), FSI Certified (Five Star Institute), and CPV (Certified Property Valuator, from the National Association of BPO Professionals), among others.

Seb’s extensive background in Information Technology has many advantages in the fast-paced REO business. Seb and his team (the “Silicon REO Group”) are adroit users of several widely-used REO platforms, including Equator, RES.NET, and DispoSolutions, as well as being highly proficient with more popular technologies such as PDF software, e-mail, smart phones, and digital photography and video.
